New Azimut S8 – 2020
Definitely, Azimut is in the market to win back boaters looking for sports models. The range is being completely renewed.
Indeed, at the next Cannes Yachting Festival (Boat Show) this autumn from September 10th to the 15th, 2019, Azimut will present not only the new S8 but make the official presentation of the new S10.
There is little data circulation on the new S8, but we do have some pictures. Betting that it is inspired by the latest S7 exterior design and which is also very popular with the 4 bedroom layout, double garage and discrete flybridge.
So the range will include:
Azimut S10 (LOA 94.2 ft)
Azimut S8 (LOA 80.10 ft) with sport fly and triple Volvo IPS 1350
Azimut S7 (LOA 70.1 ft)
Azimut S6 (LOA 59.1 ft)
Let’s also bet that the new S8 will end production of the 77S, this one had a LOA of 78.11. The new S8 will probably be a cosmetic improvement of the 77S model.
At the moment, only the new S10 is with shafts and powerful MTU engines (2 x 2600 hp). All other models are powered by Volvo IPS with triple engines.
This new Azimut S8 is powered by triple Volvo IPS 1350.
