The Azimut Grande 35 METRI is the new flagship in Azimut Yachts most exclusive line, the Grande Collection. Drawing on Azimut carbon fiber technology and the expertise of Stefano Righini, who defined the concept and designed the exteriors, the yacht offers unprecedented solutions for a boat this size, representing a masterpiece of style and space.
The proof, he has just won the prestigious distinction of MOTOR BOAT AWARDS 2018 for the category of custom yachts at the last Boat Show in London in January 2018 and also, the Azimut Grande 35 Metri has been crowned as “Best New Production Yacht Design” during the “Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2018” in Kitzbühel (Dusseldorf boat show).
The yacht has a wide body with raised pilot house (RPH) and supremely sleek exteriors, featuring exceptionally sized full-height windows in both the bow and salon. Unique in this category is the option to add an additional sundeck (almost 30 m2) on a third level, with access from the upper deck in the stern. This solution doesn’t affect the balance of volumes and retains the model’s overall dynamism.
The Azimut Grande 35 METRI delivers the best build quality in its category. The entire superstructure and hardtop are made from pure carbon fiber, which Azimut uses with great success to increase the volume of the structures, and so to offer more space and comfort, but without adding weight to the boat. Epoxy, the non plus ultra of resins, is used alongside the carbon because it has superior mechanical characteristics to the resins normally used.
With a maximum beam of 7.5 meters, the wide-body Grande 35 METRI has all the features of even bigger superyachts, like the side garage for a 5 meter tender plus a 3.25 meter jet-ski. This leaves the stern completely free for a magnificent 12 m2 beach area provided by the big pivoting swim platform.
She offers two beach clubs (one in the stern and one in the bow), a side garage for the tender and a jet ski. The possibility of adding a third deck to provide a more secluded sunbathing area therefore providing a solution that gives the owner’s suite the biggest extending terrace available on the market.
The Azimut Grande 35m boasts a large aft dining area able to fit comfortably up to 12 people. Located on the flybridge is yet another spacious dining area. This leads into an additional space for sun lounging and a separate wet bar. The bow area caters for cocktails, canapes and sun lounging for the owners and their guests.
The Main deck plays host to the full beam master suite. The open plan cabin has a walk in wardrobe as well as one of the largest ensuites in the market. There is also the option to have you own private balcony giving the suite even more space and privacy. The lower deck comprises 4 guest suites each with their own ensuite. 2 Double suites and 2 Twin / Pullman. Allowing the yacht to sleep 12 guests comfortably. On board the Azimut Grande 35m there is room for everyone.
The stylish interiors are styled by the famous designer Achille Salvagni, included by AD Collector in its list of the world’s top 100 designers.
