Azimut announces a rejuvenation of the Azimut Magellano 66

Azimut announces a rejuvenation of the Azimut Magellano 66

Since the release of the new Magellano 25 Metri and soon the 30 Metri, Azimut now offers us a harmonized version in terms of design of the Magellano 66 strongly inspired by the 25 and 30 Metri. Indeed, this new Azimut Magellano 66 offers a new configuration where the galley and living room are now separated by a door allowing more privacy for owners and guests in the living room.

This new edition will bear the name of Navetta.

The side windows, as the ones on the lower deck,  have been redesigned along with a touch-up in the decoration.

The engine offered will be slightly different with Volvo D13-850 instead of D13-800 offering a maximum speed of 23/24 kn with a impressive range of over 3000 NM at a speed of 5.5 kn.. The Magellano 66 has remained a Class A (CE) and it is also classified HTS, which stands for HIGH TECHNICAL STANDARD. It has a dry weight of 82,500 lbs.  It is designed with a dual mode type hull that the manufacturer Azimut has developed.

It still has a configuration of 4 staterooms, 3 heads and a crew cabin. It is a yacht that offers an enormous amount of living space, both on the flybridge and other decks.

It will undoubtedly be officially released on the market in the coming months.

Other manufacturers are also following Azimut’s strong lead in this niche such as Absolute Yachts and Cranchi Yachts, but these are class B (CE) yachts.

Just a reminder, that the manufacturer AZIMUT-BENETTI is ranked No. 1 in the world, and this for more than 21 consecutive years, they deserves special attention.
