New Absolute 48 Coupe

New ABSOLUTE 48 COUPE

The Italian shipyard ABSOLUTE announces for 2022 a new series of coupé yacht (without Flybridge). The first will be presented at the Cannes Boat Show in September 2021 and it will of course be the new 48 Coupé.

It will be powered by Volvo IPS 650s but it will have a new type of solar panel built into the roof and which will be transparent. Indeed from the ceiling of the living room we can see the outside of the boat but without the heat that the sun can cause thanks to the use of argon gas. So this solar panel will be clearly visible and it will be able to supply 2 kw to the boat.

This new coupe will be strongly inspired by the Absolute fly 47 (but without fly) since neither of the two models is equipped with a crew cabin.

In short, let’s wait in order to be able to evaluate this new model ourselves.
