Marquis M42

Marquis M42 (2020)

Marquis Yacht M42, it was presented at the last Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2019. It is a very original Day Boat. The boater will be able to choose between two modes of propulsion: from two to three outboard motors or shafts (propeller shaft).

So you can opt for two or three Mercury Verado 400 (outboard) or two engines Cummins Diesel 480 (shafts).

If you take the option with shafts, a hydraulic platform will be available as an option. Of course, a complete range of options are available for this new model.

Marquis has chosen to put everything in the cockpit area, cabin space is rather limited especially for a boat of 42 feet.

But the target market for this new Marquis M42 is the boater who desires not to go unnoticed, turn heads. The cockpit space is however very complete.

Stabilization will be offered as an option as well as luxury items. A generator and air conditioning is also offered.

The CE classification of this new Marquis M42 is B.

In this category of Coupé-style boats, you have also to look at the Riva 44 Rivarama which has a complete and very luxurious cabin with a very powerful engines (2 x 800 hp, Class CE A) and why not also compared with Formula Crossover. There is also the Azimut Verve which is of this category. In short, Marquis enters a very competitive market with this M42 and the Europeans are very strong in this category.
