AUGUST 1 ANNOUNCEMENT: TARIFFS BETWEEN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES
IMPACT ON THE BOAT MARKET WORLD
For the time being, there is no impact on the import or export of boats between our two countries. Indeed, since the free trade agreement (CUSMA) remains in effect for several products, boats fall into this category.
We now need to see if Canada will apply punitive tariffs, which could change the situation. But for now, there is no indication that the Canadian government will react in this way.
