“Serenity” Vessel Walkthrough:
Her layout is that of a 100’ yacht, as you board the vessel from one of her two boarding gates, you come upon a large aft deck featuring custom teak table w/stainless steel pedestals, a couch aft of the table and three high gloss teak chairs forward of the table. On the port & starboard side of aft deck, there is a set of stairs leading to the swim deck/ hydraulic swim
platform and access into the crew quarters.
Forward on the aft deck and to port, is a molded staircase leading to the flybridge. Next to the staircase, is a set of sliding glass doors that pocket to starboard, which open the salon to the aft deck. Access to the bow, from the aft deck, can be done port or starboard via extremely wide side decks with gunnels, that are waist high. The bow features a recessed couch and table facing forward as well as built-in sunlounges and sunshade. The bow also has a stereo head unit mounted at the
couch for ease of use.
Moving back to the aft deck and up the molded stairs with custom railings to the flybridge. Once on the bridge, you immediately notice the large hard top that covers 2/3’s of the bridge. Under the hard top to starboard is a large U-shaped couch with custom teak table w/stainless steel pedestals and two large chairs. Also, a custom glass windshield for the couch was made to prevent wind flow at the table while underway. To the port of the table is a bar area with a sink and abundant storage. Forward of the bar and
table is the bridge helm located port side.
The helm features two captain chairs, redundant Garmin glass electronics and another custom glass windshield to break wind flow. Starboard of the helm is a large sun bed for lounging. Moving to the aft of the bridge there is a large area outside of the hard top featuring 4 large lounge chairs and ottoman. Additionally, there is another bar area with Kenyon grill, refrigerator, and additional storage. Additional custom features on the aft of the bridge include two heavy-duty stainless-steel sunshade poles,
custom stainless lifelines installed inside the stainless-steel railings around the bridge, and custom stainless door at staircase for safety.
Aft deck, enter the salon from the pocketing sliding glass doors. As you enter the salon you are greeted by an abundance of natural light as you have windows and sliding glass doors that encompass 360 degrees around you. Another feature you immediately notice is the extensive buildouts of cabinetry around all of the walls, windows, and ceiling panels which is almost unheard of for a vessel of her size. There is a fabulous mix of wood colors from the wood floors to the walls and ceilings all adding to the ambience of the vessel. Another great feature of the main deck level the flush deck. This means that there are no steps between the various areas on the main deck. The salon has two custom gray couches port and starboard that were updated from the vessel’s original layout. There is an ottoman between the couches with an abundant amount of storage. Behind the port couch is a built-in tv cabinet with high/low tv.
Moving forward into the galley/dinning area from the salon you notice the nice separation of the two areas without compromising visibility. This is accomplished by cabinetry separating the areas which also provides additional storage. The dining area is located starboard and features a glass top table with a high-quality stainless-steel base and seating for six guests. Accompanying the dining table are four custom chairs as well as a bench with custom fabrics. To port of the dining area is the galley.
The galley’s cabinetry has been highly customized from her factory design focusing on organization. The original layout provided an ok amount of under the countertop storage. But was not thought out well for all of the galley equipment North American yachters like to bring aboard. Her current owner added several custom pullouts to the cabinetry as well as changed out the under the countertop appliances for better function.
Above the countertop is a custom glass serving top that was added, which provides a great location to place serving trays. The last of the galley additions is a custom pantry which is located next to the helm station. Previously there was a small couch in this location facing aft towards the dining and galley area. The pantry features pullouts and a significant amount of storage for non-refrigerated provisions and other galley items. It also provides space for additional serving.
Galley Appliances:
· Large refrigerator/freezer
· Under the counter, top load microwave convection
oven
· Under the counter, top load dishwasher
· Induction cooktop with built-in exhaust fan
Forward of the galley/dining area is the lower helm station. Hidden behind the galley bulkhead, the helm features a double bench helm seat, Garmin glass electronics suite, and much more. A unique design feature on the 64 Sirena in this area is the vertical helm windows which curve around to the main deck windows. Starboard of the helm station and forward of the dining area is a pantograph door providing access to the starboard deck. Lastly, on the starboard side is a stairwell leading to the owner cabins on the vessel.
At the bottom of the stairwell from the main deck is a foyer area providing access to the three owner cabins as well as a private day head. All the staterooms have private ensuite baths with separate showers. You really can see the 19’4” beam in these staterooms. Typically, in a 64’ vessel the guest accommodations are tight, but not the case on the Sirena 64. Aft of the foyer is entry into the full beam owner’s suite.
This suite is incredible! There is a centerline queen birth, two hanging closets, lounging couch on the port side, and custom built-in dresser on the starboard side. Previously the starboard side had a booth style sitting area and the owner desired additional storage. Aft in the stateroom is entry into the full beam owner’s bath. As you walk into the bath you are greeted with dual raised sinks, beautiful marble counter tops, and abundant light from hull side windows. There is a door that separates the shower and toilet area from the sink/vanity side of the bath. There is large amounts of storage in the bath as well, including a custom linen tower next to
the walk-in shower.
Forward of the master and to port is a guest stateroom featuring twin births, hanging closet, and private bath with separate shower.
The stateroom also features beautiful marble counter tops, rain head in shower and hull side windows.
As you proceed forward to the VIP cabin, you pass a private day head that’s not connected to any of the staterooms. This is a fabulous feature usually only seen on much larger yachts. As you enter the VIP cabin, it feels as if you’re in the owner’s suite. There is a centerline queen birth forward, hull side windows port and starboard, hanging closets, makeup vanity, and private bath with separate shower.
Crew quarters and engine area are in the stern of the vessel. They can be accessed through a door in the transom or through a hatch on the aft deck of the vessel. The crew features two births and wet bath. Currently one of the two births is utilized as a work bench, but can easily be used as originally intended.
