Bottom part of reservoir to be approximately 28 gallons (106 l) fitted with a drain off at the bottom of the reservoir for water purging and with a water sensor – illuminating a light in wheelhouse if excessive water is present. Exterior Deck Hardware

All horizontal surfaces on deck have a diamond pattern non-skid as shown in deck plan. Standard non-skid to be a contrasting color to parameter deck

Chocks for mooring lines:

Transom: stainless steel with attached cleat – recessed x 1

Transom sides: stainless steel with attached cleat – recessed x 4

Amidships: stainless steel with attached cleat – recessed x 2

Bow: stainless steel with attached cleat x 4

2 x 12″ (30.5cm) stainless steel cleat at bow

Lower and upper rubrails FRP with a stainless steel cap – rub rails integral to hull

Bow roller: FRP and stainless steel double bow roller with bronze rollers to accommodate a 170lb. Anchor on starboard roller and the port roller to be designed for a second lighter anchor or for mooring lines. Roller on starboard side to be slotted for chain and the port roller to be smooth for line – roller to be built per PAE design

Stainless steel stanchions for lifelines around the foredeck to be 1 1/4″ (3.2cm) diameter. Railing from the raised section in the foredeck bulwarks around the bow pulpit to be 1 1/4″ (3.2cm) diameter

Windlass: Maxwell 24 volt VWC 3500 windlass with 1/2″ (1.27cm) HT chain wheel, to be mounted on a molded FRP base

Chain: 400 ft 1/2″ (1.27cm) HT chain

Maxwell chain stopper mounted on bow roller

Anchor: 170lb. (63.5kg) stainless steel plow type anchor

Foredeck hatches to be (2) Lewmar Ocean 30 series & (2) Lewmar Ocean 70 series with Lewmar screens. One (1) Freeman #18HAALR over chain locker. Pilot house hatches to be (1) Lewmar Ocean 70 series with screen, (1) Lewmar Ocean 30 series with screen in the captain’s cabin, and (1) Lewmar Ocean 30 series with screen in the captain’s cabin head. Skylight hatch in port side of bridge, over galley to be Lewmar Ocean 30 series with screen

Blower: (1) x Dayton #2C647 110V blower to provide forced ventilation from inside Portuguese bridge to owner’s cabin
