CRN shipyard positioned itself from its very inception as one of the leading world builders of luxury superyachts in both composite, and steel and aluminium following its foundation by Sanzio Nicolini in 1963.
From its humble beginnings producing small sea vessels, the Italian shipyard became a part of the successful Ferretti group in 1999 and now specialises in the building of customised steel and aluminium yachts between 54 and 85 metres. CRN also boasts two series of semi-custom vessels of 40 and 43 metres, both in composite.
CRN is an acronym for the Italian title “Costruzioni e Riparazioni Navali” and from its Ancona shipyard the company has produced over 100 super yachts in its esteemed history. CRN yachts benefit from a highly distinctive design that originates from a characteristic bow and has allowed the company to become synonymous with prestige and exclusivity. The shipyard prides itself on exhibiting a professional approach that combines with advanced technology and accurate design.
